Matthew G. Beall has been a prominent figure in Hawai‘i real estate since 1998 and currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Hawai‘i Life Real Estate Services, LLC.
Since 2008, Matthew Beall has served as Founder, Principal Broker, and CEO of Hawai‘i Life Real Estate Services, LLC. Recognized as an industry leader, Matthew manages all aspects of the statewide brokerage firm’s operations and all its business units.
A top-producing broker in Hawai‘i since 1998, Matthew has brokered the most significant residential real estate transactions in Hawaii’s history. His wealth of experience gained over more than two decades has made him a highly recognized thought leader in the industry. He has been recognized five times by Inman News on their Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate list and has also appeared on T360’s Power 200 List.
As CEO of Hawai‘i Life, under his leadership, the company manages 24 offices, over 350 agents, and 60 staff members, conducting upwards of $20 billion in sales across 20,000 transactions over 15 years.
He currently sits on the Board of the Hawaii Land Trust as well as the Board of Governors of the Hawai‘i Community Foundation.
He is a graduate of the Hawai‘i Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and has been a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, Realtors Association of Maui, Hawai‘i Island Board of Realtors, West Hawai‘i Association of Realtors, and the Kaua‘i Board of Realtors. He’s also a court-certified professional witness for real estate-related cases.
Matthew has served as the Kaua‘i Board of Realtors President, on the Executive Committee of the Hawai‘i Association of Realtors, and President of the Board of HiCentral (the for-profit company that owns and operates the Multiple Listing Service for Honolulu Board of Realtors).
Josh Jerman

Bringing a successful record of over 20 years of real estate sales on Maui, Josh Jerman has distinguished himself as both a rising star and industry leader in Hawai‘i real estate.
For over a decade, Josh has been a top-producing residential Realtor on Maui, and was ranked #3 in 2022 and #1 in 2023 in sales volume out of over 2,000 Realtors on Maui (Realtors Association of Maui). Josh is known for his proactive approach to procuring buyers and his excellent communication skills. Josh builds solid and long-lasting relationships with his clients.
Raised in Upcountry Maui, Josh attended Baldwin High School before heading to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. There, he graduated cum laude with two bachelor's degrees, one in International Studies of the Asia-Pacific Region and the other in Comparative Religion. He has traveled to 23 countries and has lived in Indonesia, Nepal, and Scotland. He has hiked to Machu Picchu and to Mount Everest's Base Camp, canoed the Amazon River, swum in the Ganges, sailed in the South Pacific, fly fished in Patagonia, trekked to the North Pole, and touched the Great Wall of China. Throughout his adventures, Josh developed an appreciation, awareness, and respect for all people, an experience that inspired him to give back to his community.
Josh has been recognized by Pacific Business News as one of the 'Top 40 Under Forty' professionals in the State of Hawai'i. He was also named one of the Maui Weekly's Unsung Heroes of 2010 for his philanthropic endeavors. Josh was also honored as the recipient of Maui County's Young Business Person of the Year Award for 2012. He was named Realtor Broker of the Year by the Realtors Association of Maui in 2019.
Josh has held numerous positions with the Realtors Association of Maui (RAM) since 2005, including Director-at-Large for six years, and he currently serves as co-chair of Professional Standards. He served on the Board of Directors for the Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) for four years, chaired the Realtor Party (HAR), and has served on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Major Investor Council for the past four years. In addition, as the founder of the Josh and Souk Jerman Foundation, he has given more than $75,000 to college-bound high school students across Maui County.

As Hawai‘i Lifeʻs Director of Conservation and Legacy Lands, Beth leads the firm's efforts as a resource for owners, sellers, and prospective buyers of properties with significant conservation values across the State of Hawai‘i.
In this role, Beth has represented nonprofits, family trusts, and high-net-worth individuals in both sales and acquisitions statewide. She is passionate about the role that conservation plays in Hawai‘i's future and leverages Hawai‘i Life's broad exposure to aid conservation-minded sellers and buyers of real estate.
Beth brings a unique skill set to the leadership role. After receiving a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, she spent over a decade working worldwide as a Wall Street banker. Beth is trained as a mineral economist and has worked extensively with the mining and petroleum industries worldwide. She then transitioned to running consulting and leadership development businesses prior to her real estate career. She is fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, adequate in French, and is working on her ʻOlelo Hawaiʻi and Swiss German.
She also represents both buyers and sellers of premier Hawai‘i Island properties, from the Kohala Coast resorts to upcountry ranches and horse properties. Beth is certified in SkyHorse Equine Guided Education and is an advocate for natural horsemanship.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Beth is deeply involved in conservation and community organizations in Hawai‘i. She serves on the State's Legacy Land Conservation Commission, which oversees distributions from public funds for the protection of lands with significant conservation values across Hawai‘i. As President of the Board of Kohala Equine Education Center, Inc., she spearheads infrastructure initiatives to support the ranching industry and revitalize the dairy sector in Hawai‘i. Her work with the North Kohala Affordable Housing Group and the North Kohala Access Group allows her to advocate for sustainable development and local stewardship on Hawai‘i Island.
